We booked the one bed cottage which had a double bedroom, and two sofa beds in the main lounge and it was perfect for my husband and I and our two teenagers.

Not just a great meal at a good value price but we were dealt with so cheerfully. It was a real pleasure to eat there.

We called at the Kings Head on the off chance we’d get a Sunday lunch & we weren’t disappointed. The food was very good, piping hot and accompanied by a jug of delicious home made gravy!

Old building but clean . Lovely staff. Breakfast excellent. Food at night is spot on. Steaks were amazing . Small village within easy reach of Scarborough and east coast. Beer garden at rear great for warm nights.
